The "Future at Work Personal Competency Program," organized by the Disability Student Unit in collaboration with EngelsizKariyer.com since 2019, will take place from April 22 to May 13, 2024. The program consists of ten modules covering various topics such as stress management and motivation, corporate belonging, image management, verbal and written communication, CV preparation and interview techniques, and disability rights in employment. These topics will be addressed with the guidance of expert trainers.

At the end of the program, Engelsizkariyer.com will prepare and share the CVs of participants who have completed the training with employers to facilitate prioritized employment opportunities in the private sector. Participants from various universities will take part in the program, and individuals attending the Katiplik and Qualified Personnel Vocational Training organized by the Altı Nokta Blind Foundation Istanbul Visual Impairment Rehabilitation Center will also benefit from the program.
