The workshop titled “Biomedical Devices and Artificial Intelligence in Health Biotechnology” was hosted at Başakşehir Çam and Sakura City Hospital on April 24, 2023. The event was attended by the rectors of Marmara University, Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa, and Yıldız Technical University.

The workshop included sessions on various research areas such as bioinstrumentation, biomaterials, biomechanics, microscopy, medical imaging, and artificial intelligence, focusing on the development of diagnostic, therapeutic, and monitoring methods. During the event, Prof. Dr. Mustafa Kurt, Rector of Marmara University, Prof. Dr. Nuri Aydın, Rector of Istanbul University-Cerrahpaşa, Prof. Dr. Tamer Yılmaz, Rector of Yıldız Technical University, and their accompanying university delegations visited the hospital for inspections.

Chief Physician Prof. Dr. Nurettin Yiyit provided information about the hospital’s health services and medical technological equipment, including areas such as radiology, intensive care, MYM Help Desk, suite rooms, service rooms, polyclinic, and hospital classrooms.
