On March 29, 2023, Ahi Law Office hosted two online seminars. Av. Gökhan Ahi presented a seminar on “Information Law and Ethics,” while Av. İlker Taner covered “E-Commerce Law.”

In his seminar, Av. Gökhan Ahi addressed the relationship between law and information technology, information-specific crimes, and information security. He also discussed issues related to digital asset ownership, as well as legal situations arising from artificial intelligence and robotic systems, both current and anticipated. The seminar covered concepts such as online reputation, the right to be forgotten, and network neutrality.

Av. İlker Taner’s seminar on “E-Commerce Law” provided insights into e-commerce concepts, regulations for e-commerce platforms, the communication management system (CMS), and trust marks. Additionally, the seminar touched on topics such as machine-to-machine e-commerce, the Internet of Things (IoT), and smart contracts.
